Stacked the AVC to 20Hy, changed the bias to 6.4VDC (I use LiFePO4 3.2VDC), I only reach 111VDC at the plate, is enough?

Right channel
Battery 6,86VDC
Plate 112VDC

Left channel
Battery 6,94VDC
Plate 111,2VDC

I doubt the Anode is the problem. Get your measurement gear out and sweep everything with square waves (sines too at that).
