In this place of land where I live, it's difficult to get whatever you need.
From 25mm (1") heatshrink tube to 1W leds with buil-in heatsinks, from good big heatsinks to simple Dale resistors... Nothing!
What I ask to dudes from EU is:
"Where in the hell can I get sheets of 250x350x3mm anodised aluminium inside Europe?"
I only got some contacts from suppliers who sell a full sheet of 1800x2400x3mm...
I don't have knifes to cut it

I'd go with http://www.shaeffer-ag.de - - the European counterpart to Front Panel Express.

They have aluminium in several anodize coatings, and will cut it to exactly the size you want, bevel its edges, cut whatever holes you need in it and engrave writing on it. You download their software, Front Panel Designer, to make the order.

You'll find that if you select the piece you describe, they'll charge 25 euros. Not super cheap but convenient. You can get a bunch of holes, squares and words cut into it for a couple euros more, which makes it a better deal.

And for four euros more, they'll do it in red anodized aluminium, which looks impressive.

The tactics here is to go there and ask to see what's in the box.
I have some TDA1543A chips that were mixed in the box and they didn't know they had it.
I've found some really nice caps that way too: "I need this value but let me see what you have". Then I end up with a bag of styroflex and polycarbonate caps. For the guy/girl who sells them, it all seems like ceramics and polyesters.
The problem is, I end up buying more things than what I need for the moment or the near future.

Aluminium sheets?
No idea...
